Building a Safer Future: Micronclean Advances Modern Slavery Prevention with Stronger Together

Committed to improving our knowledge and skills we partnered with Stronger Together, a leading organisation dedicated to tackling modern slavery, to deliver specialist training to our teams. This training equips our people with the knowledge and tools to identify warning signs, understand risk factors, and respond appropriately if they suspect exploitation.

This led to the establishment of our Modern Slavery Committee, a dedicated governance group made up of members from across the business. This committee brings together individuals whose roles may encounter potential instances of modern slavery or whose responsibilities directly influence how such risks are managed.

Our committee set the long-term strategic direction for preventing modern slavery within Micronclean and throughout our supply chain. By combining targeted training with a structured governance framework, we are embedding prevention into the way we operate and ensuring our actions have lasting impact. To document this we have created a five year Modern Slavery plan with actions to improve our supply chain control.

This commitment reflects Micronclean’s SKIEs values, demonstrating Stewardship, sharing Knowledge, driving Innovation, and striving for Excellence, as we work to ensure our business and supply chain remain free from exploitation.
